Chickpea Flour Pancake
Ingredients:
- Chickpea flour.
- Red chilli powder.
- Coriander.
- Turmeric.
- Salt.
- Water.
How to make:
In a bowl combine all ingredients above and make a batter.
Add oil on a pan and pour a 1/4 cup of batter around the pan.
Cook until slightly brown on both side flipping half way.
Yogurt Dip:
Ingredients:
- Yogurt.
- Oil.
- Red chilli powder.
- Salt.
How to make:
- Heat oil in a pan, add red chilli powder salt.
- Take it off heat immediately and pour over yogurt.
- Garnish with mint and serve as a side.
