Peri-Peri Cauliflower

This Cauliflower peri-peri is definitely going to give your taste buds a kick! Perfect as a biting or as a side! Original recipe from @fauziaskitchenfun which was peri-peri chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Cauliflower Heads
- 4 Bullet Chillies
- 1 big Bell Pepper
- Juice of one Lemon
- 2 tosp Paprika Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tosp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 5 cloves of Garlic
- 4 tosp Brown Vinegar
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red/Orange Food Coloring
- A handful of Spring Onions, to garnsish
Method
- Cut the cauliflower heads into 2 inch pieces or bigger if you prefer.
- Blend all the remaining ingredients on the list for the sauce until smooth.
- Pour over the cauliflower and let it marinate for a few hours.
- When ready to cook, take off excess marinade from cauliflower.
- You can choose to grill them either on charcoal or in the oven for 20 minutes at 170C.
- The excess marinade can be cooked on the side and used as a dip
- Garnish the cauliflower with spring onions when ready to serve.
